HOW TO ORDER
Ordering with Lola HOME & APPAREL is easy and secure, you simply ring us up and place an order with your credit card – we accept Mastercard, Visa & Amex. Please note that shipping charges are quoted on a per order bases and we do not take responsibility for duties & taxes at your end if shipping outside of Canada. We generally ship via UPS with the exception of larger items such as furniture – please take note that furniture is shipped by weight and is generally not cost effective unless shipped in quantities of 3/4 or more pieces. We also offer a delivery service on both small and large items within Greater Vancouver – rates are dependant on size and destination.

PRICING
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. Prices on certain items may increase, (or decrease) without notice due to fluctuating exchange rates. Every effort is taken to ensure the accuracy of prices, sizes, and colours listed on this site. Being human, however, we cannot always control posting errors and omissions. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that these may cause.

BACKORDERS & OUT OF STOCK
We do our best to keep all of our signature products in stock, however if you require a product that is currently out of stock, you can choose to keep your request on backorder and we will contact you as soon as a new shipment arrives.

RETURN POLICY & GUARANTEE
At Lola, we love the products that we carry and stand behind their integrity. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call or email us within 10 days of receiving it to let us know. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on custom items such as bedding or items that are not stocked in the store. We have an exchange or credit note policy only and do not accept returns unless a product is faulty.

EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE
All purchases, except for those mentioned above, can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days, accompanied with original store receipt.

COLOUR REPRESENTATION
We do our best to represent the colours of the products that we carry on the web, however different monitors will display colour differently. If you have any questions about a colour, please call or email us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
